Parking Fine Payment

The City of Volos now offers drivers the ability to easily and quickly pay their parking fines through the Novoville app, using the app’s integrated Wallet.

The process is simple:

*  Open the Novoville app and select “Payments” from the home screen.
*  Enter the Violation Number printed on your fine notice and tap “Find”.
*  Review the payment details.
*  Enter your debit or credit card information.
*  Tap “Make Payment” to complete the transaction.

Through the app’s Wallet, you can view all your transactions and payments, as well as download your payment receipt directly to your mobile device.

With Novoville, payments become simpler and faster — with no queues or unnecessary delays.

Alternatively, you can pay the fine:

*  From your computer, via the Novoville WebApp,
   at https://webapp.novoville.com/
*  In person, at the City’s Cashier Office (Revenue Department,
